This is a photoshoot from a great longtime client of mine, Ddrops.

For this photoshoot, we were on location at a house and we had fantastic talent working with us. Having great talent makes the photo shoot go smoothly and also makes it fun. Adding in a cute little dog in the shoot doesn’t hurt!

The gear I used in this shoot:
- Lighting was Profoto D2 500w heads to bounce some light and fill, still wanting to keep the natural available light look
- My camera for the shoot is the Sony a7iii with 24-70mm F2.8 DG DN | Art, Sony FE 85mm f/1.8 Lens
I was also shooting tethered to my MacBook Air and backing-up at the same time to LaCie Rugged 1TB USB-C.

I’ll go over in a further post about how vital backing-up is on location shoots and at home.
I hope you enjoy this post and stay tuned for my post on the backing-up image on location and at home.
